I am the sitting out in the lawn chair or hammock and reading a good book. Grabbing a blanket and maybe taking a nap if I get sleepy. I do a good cleanup of the yard after all the snow. Also the flowers are starting to come up also. Gotta get the gardens ready.

I like to do anything with nature. It is so amazing to see everything transform from dead to alive and beautiful. I go hiking, swimming and I make sure to get my gardening on!

My favorite part of spring is getting the yard cleaned up in preperation for spring planting! I've already got tomato and pepper plants that are almost a foot tall in the greenhouse, in preparation for the last frost!

My favorite thing to do is just go walking to see all the flowers blooming.

Thanks for the giveaway! Spring is in the air, but unfortunately living in Upstate NY, it is not even close to arriving. It snowed again at my house just tonight. I'm looking forward to the warm weather and longer days though. Spring is the time of love and my favorite romance novel is entitled "Outlander" by Diana Gabaldon. It's not strictly a romance novel as it's found in the literature section of a bookstore, but it has strong romantic elements. Jamie Fraser is my favorite romantic hero as he's strong, sensitive, honorable and slightly flawed. Sometimes his pride gets in the way of making the right decision, but in the end, he'd do anything for Claire.
I love this giveaway hop! And, I plan to keep on hopping!

I adore laying out on the hammock and curling up with a fantastic book!
I'll get back to training the kids in self defense too since we will have plenty of room. :)

When I think Spring, I think of the haze of yellow pollen covering EVERYTHING (including the cats), seasonal allergies, tourists, crowds at my favorite restaurants, traffic jams, resuming pay-for-parking at the beach, even mosquitoes. It's not my favorite season! BUT, I do love the lovely blooming forsythia, azaleas, cherry and pear trees...and I do love that my hubby gets the bikes out of storage and tunes them up for our spring rides around the neighborhood.

I love planting flowers and being outside, we do a lot of outside family stuff also in the spring, we go to the mountains, hit up the beach, and just enjoy the outdoors.

Ahh spring. I've heard that it brings about nice weather. I'm not sure I believe in it anymore :P However, should it decide to bring some nice weather and make the snow go away ( I do have hope still!! ) I really like to open up those windows and get that fresh air flowing in! The stale air of winter can finally be released! After that it will be nice to get some walks in again without freezing :D Looking forward to it!

Thank you for the chance to enter the giveaway. Happy spring.

Spring isn't really my favorite time of year. It's still too cold with the ground still frozen from winter and the wind blowing and rain coming down. I ADORE Fall!! Spring, however, DOES bring those tiny, green shoots that push up from the ground prior to the blooming of flowers.

I love spring...It starts to warm up a little ( I live in Central Texas) and it's not too hot! I love to buy flowers and plant them all over my yard. Then my 3 yr old grandson loves to pick 'em and give 'em to his mommy...nothing sweeter. Then I love to find a cosy place and read, read, read!

Simply walking by the river, seeing the flowers bloom... And one of the better things about spring that I love - no snow! :D

In Spring, the ground is still cold and wet so I don't really start outdoor activities until a bit later. However, I do like going to Grant's Farm and Susson Park to see the baby animals. The Botanical Garden to see the new flowers is nice also. What I love doing is throwing all the windows open and airing the house out!!
